How we worked together

I designed and led a series of virtual workshops ensuring an appropriate mix of content, engagement, and sharing. When working at this level, so many of the learnings come from the leaders themselves. Creating a space where they are comfortable to do so is critical.

The feedback has been great, with participants now much more curious to develop their ability to collaborate. The organisation is much clearer on ongoing needs and making future plans to support their leaders in better collaboration skills.
