How we worked together
The team no longer felt safe to speak freely. They had spent very little time getting to know each other, becoming very clear on their united purpose and why only they could achieve it. They hadn’t agreed ways of working to hold themselves to account.
Over time, we created a space where everyone could think together about why they were acting in a certain way. The team started listening to each other much more openly. They became aware of their behaviours and patterns and learned to challenge each other for the good.
The team were able to get past their problems and build a strong sense of respect and understanding. This allowed the team to better collaborate and achieve the commercial goals they set out with.
