About me

When not working for a client, you can find me teaching yoga both online and in Gower, Swansea, South Wales, where I now live. What we face in life, we can also face on a mat! Anxiety, stress, fear, frustration, hope, positivity, courage, power… I use yoga to support myself and others on the life-long learning path. Learning of course is great, but without putting into practice, it remains just something interesting to talk about. All of my work is about balancing backbone and heart. I love helping others find the courage deep within themselves to make the changes they want.

I have a BA Hons degree in French, German and Business Studies and spent the first 15 years of my working life in industry and consulting. My main focus was procurement, supply chain and in time, management and leadership. I worked/delivered initiatives for a wide variety of FMCG and retail businesses including Quaker Oats, Nestle, Whitbread, Kimberly Clark, Gap Inc, Dixons and Premier Foods. I also spent some time in sourcing and supply chain consulting for PwC and Efficio.

In 2007, I established my own business and following an increasing number of requests, found my direction taking a turn into the field of learning and development. Following additional training, I’ve spent the last 10 years working in this space. I speak good French, rusty German and English is my mother tongue. I live in South Wales, U.K and share my life with my husband Mark and our crazy Welsh collie, Tess.
