I provide bespoke learning and development programmes from 1-day to much longer, individual, group and team coaching depending on what is required, meeting facilitation for both short (3 hours) to longer (3 days) interventions.

Prior to moving into the learning and development space in 2007, I spent 15 years working in industry and consulting in procurement and supply chain in both manufacturing and retail. I have a strong commercial background having worked as a buyer and led teams for a number of years.

I am passionate about offering development programmes that are real, whose manuals won’t end up in the trash folder of someone’s e-mail or, as a doorstop to be forgotten forever. I bring extensive experience of balancing the pressure of delivering results with ethical working and personal fulfilment. This includes working with individuals, groups, teams, organisations and sister organisations both in the U.K. alone and across the globe. It is this experience which keeps me grounded and centred to maintain the delicate balance of idealism and realism.

My workshops and programmes include Intercultural Category Management, Introduction to Wellbeing and Resilience, Responsible Leadership through Wellbeing and Resilience, Personal Power and Influence, how to have Difficult Conversations, Managing Conflict, Coaching for Effectiveness and Managing and Leading through uncertainty and change. They are very much relationship-based and extremely experiential in nature.
